Based in Aulendorf, Germany, with a branch in Brazil since 1997, the company combines technical expertise, engineering know-how, and long-standing experience to create fully integrated meat production plants. Falkenstein’s holistic approach covers every aspect — from the building structure and utility systems to transport, processing, and environmental technologies — ensuring that all components work together as a unified whole.
Notable international projects include plants for La Preferida (Chile) and Frigorífico Paladini S.A. (Argentina). A landmark achievement was the Center West project for Perdigão (now BRF) in Rio Verde, Brazil, where Falkenstein managed the comprehensive general planning of a pork and poultry processing facility with a daily capacity of over 1,000 tons.
