AEORMAT COOK - Equipment for cooking, scalding and pasteurizing
The VETEC ANLAGENBAU AEROMAT COOK for cooking cooked ham or scalding cooked sausage on smoke trolleys, for example, works with direct steam input. As an option, the cooking system is also suitable for product cooling by means of a shower, as well as for pasteurizing vacuum-packed goods. The use of saturated steam ensures hygienically perfect production.
Our technology & your benefits
The AEROMAT COOK works with low-pressure steam and additional air distribution via fans on the chamber ceiling. A constant temperature throughout the chamber ensures a uniform core temperature for each individual product. The result: perfect products with consistent quality.

Floor drain
After the cooking process, the water can be drained off via a drain, a drain flap or a siphon.
