AEROMAT COOL - System for combined water-air cooling
The VETEC ANLAGENBAU AEROMAT COOL is the first choice for combined water-air cooling. Sausage, meat products, fish and other suitable foods are cooled gently and evenly to the desired core temperature using shower water and air immediately after heat treatment. The critical cooling range between 40°C and 15°C runs particularly quickly and uniformly, allowing the goods to be packaged immediately. The rapid cooling process with its intensive air flow increases your turnover rate, reduces weight loss and improves freshness, aroma and shelf life.

The air circulation with an energy-saving fan, a replaceable flap and welded air inlet ducts ensures optimum air flow through the trolleys. Intensive air flow and a powerful heat exchanger ensure the highly efficient cooling process of the AEROMAT COOLwhich significantly shortens your production times. Optimized nozzles and interval showers reduce your water consumption. The solid construction of foamed wall elements ensures particularly good insulation. Heat losses are thus reduced to a minimum.
Cooking equipment
Cooking with steam enables a cooking system that is used not only to cook the products, but also to disinfect the plant house.
Fully automatic CIP system
The fully automatic central cleaning system with rotary nozzles in the chamber achieves optimum hygiene. A foam pump is available as an option.

Door variants
For different requirements, we offer a fully automatic lifting and lowering door, a roller shutter door or a door in transit design. An automatic door opener ensures that the chamber is ventilated after the process and that the water drains out of the plant house.
