The AEROMAT CROSS POWER is the perfect solution for the food industry that requires high quality and efficiency in the drying and/or smoking of horizontal meat and sausage products. Examples of this are brisket, bacon, jerkey or dried animal feed snacks.
Our technology & your benefits
The AEROMAT CROSS POWER is characterized by a horizontal air flow. The air speed is up to four times higher than with conventional systems.
The secret lies in a unique, patented nozzle geometry. The system is able to generate a constant air flow so that each individual product is dried quickly and absolutely evenly, even with the highest packing density of up to 50 layers, and smoked if necessary. Thanks to our technology and not least the optional ECO CONyou can save time and energy while achieving outstanding product quality.

By preheating the fresh air, the energy requirement can be reduced by up to 30%.
Smoke generator
We offer smoulder smoke generators, liquid smoke systems, steam smoke generators and friction smoke generators for a wide range of smoking processes.
Heating mode
The AEROMAT CROSS POWER is available in steam-heated, gas-heated and electrically heated versions.
Shower and floor drain
The shower ensures rapid cooling of the product using tap water. If required, it can be drained via an integrated drain.
Jaw design
The Bake version is for food that is cooked and browned with dry, hot air. The temperature is between 100° C and 250° C.
Fully automatic CIP system
The fully automatic central cleaning system with rotary nozzles in the chamber achieves optimum hygiene. A foam pump is available as an option.
