CLIMAMAT - Climate control system
The CLIMAMAT climatic curing system sets standards in raw sausage production. The systems for maturing and cold smoking are equipped with individual air guidance systems and can be customized to suit your products and production capacities as well as the local conditions.
Our technology & your benefits
Your products are treated particularly gently and safely while achieving a high degree of standardization. The CLIMAMAT is equipped with an automatic fresh air and recirculation system. These optimize the room humidity and the recirculated air flow, thereby improving product quality while significantly reducing operating costs. A measuring device controls the drying potential of the fresh air - cooling is only switched on when required, thus saving valuable cooling energy.
These variants are possible with the CLIMAMAT:
CLIMAMAT TWIN - The vertical air flow of the classic air conditioning system is combined with the horizontal air flow of the storage room.
Pre-ripening and post-ripening in one plant.
CLIMAMAT TEXTILE - Equipped with textile hoses, we recommend this variant for particularly wide rooms or rooms with built-in units.
Smoke generator
We offer smoulder smoke generators, liquid smoke systems and friction smoke generators for a wide range of smoking processes.
Fully automatic CIP system
The fully automatic central cleaning system with rotary nozzles in the chamber achieves optimum hygiene. A foam pump is available as an option.
Ethernet Connection
Messages are sent by email to a defined email distribution list.
Additional duct cleaning
Additional spray nozzles in the injection channel achieve perfect hygiene.
Type of cooling medium
The system can be designed for the cooling media glycol, Frigen or ammonia.
