CLIMAMAT ALPAS - Air-conditioned storage and post-ripening room
The CLIMAMAT ALPAS from VETEC ANLAGENBAU is an air-conditioned storage and post-ripening room that is individually tailored to your customer requirements. The storage room is specially designed for the lower water activity of your products in the post-ripening phase and is therefore associated with lower investment costs. The uniformity of your products is largely determined by the air flow conditions. Our CLIMAMAT ALPAS is the perfect system to control the process reliably and reproducibly.
Our technology & your benefits
After pre-maturing your raw product with e.g. 3 % water dispensing per day, the CLIMAMAT ALPAS with constant air conditions and high humidity in the room is the ideal environment for post-maturing with e.g. 1-1.5 % drying rate per day. The dynamic air flow ensures constant, uniform surface drying without any mold formation. In combination with the precisely adjustable humidity in the room, your premium product dries continuously and in an energy-saving manner without developing a dry edge.

While the CLIMAMAT TEXTILE is suitable for particularly wide rooms or rooms with built-in units, we recommend the CLIMAMAT ALPAS for large room heights with high loads and products with high water activity and the associated high drying rate.
Depending on requirements, size and customer wishes, we will make a recommendation, adapt the system individually to your building or plan the new construction together.
