The revolutionary CLIMAMAT HIGH CUBE increases your production volume on the same footprint thanks to particularly high racks (up to 7 m).
Thanks to patented technology, the upper and lower chamber areas are alternately and evenly treated. The maturing, smoking and storage of air-dried meat and salami products is organized in the most efficient way. Fully automated loading and unloading of the products is taken into account in the design of your CLIMAMAT HIGH CUBE integrated.

Maturing, drying and smoking: the CLIMAMAT HIGH CUBE sets standards. Your products are treated particularly gently and reliably. Drying and smoking take place automatically alternating between the lower and upper half of the chamber, as well as in the chamber from left to right and vice versa. Thanks to the high air output and the perfectly optimized air flow, you achieve absolute uniformity even with very large production capacities, coupled with extremely short batch times.
